About the guardian
A Guardianship Services Inc. was founded in October 2025 by Ashley Hady, MSW, LCSW. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work degrees and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Ashley is a Certified Guardian with over 18 years of experience in the human services field. Her extensive experience spans various service areas including mental health counseling, crisis management, long-term support case management, the Aging and Disability Resource Center, hospital settings, community mental health, and private mental health practice.
